A conversation with Scantrust's Nestor Santana : Using video to onboard SaaS

Many moons ago I had a chat with my old friend Nestor Santana about video; how we've used video with various clients over the years and specifically, how Scantrust used video to make the onboarding process easier when Remy Martin became a client in Singapore.
Scantrust is a startup that uses a distinct QR technology to allow anti-counterfeiting labelling and enable campaign mechanisms. If this sounds opaque, it's because there is much more to the tech than meets the eye - when a client signs up for Scantrust, a certain amount of education is required for employees before they can enjoy it's benefits. That's where a video primer came in.
Now, unfortunately, the actual video is for Remy Martin internal use only and includes details of the company's inner workings so you'll only get to hear about this process if you watch the video above.
This has sat on the shelf for quite a while as I I was sick when I had this Riverside chat with Nestor, but I'm sure it has some interesting nuggets for video marketers, as we also talk about working across APAC for clients like Norton Antivirus when we were based in Tokyo & Beijing.
